This program will provide music seminars, workshops and lectures on the importance of education in the music industry. It will offer an in-depth look at the many facets of the music business such as:

  • · Publishing
  • · Production
  • · Song Writing
  • · Video Production
  • · Career Opportunities
  • · Studio Engineering
  • First Hand Knowledge of the Music Industry

    • Students will interact with industry professionals in various jobs in the entertainment industry. For example, visiting record companies and receiving hands on knowledge of the operations of each department and the day to day functions.

    Career Mentoring and Counseling

    Students that are interested and would like to pursue a career in the music/entertainment industry would have one on one counseling with industry professionals regarding various job/educational opportunities.

    Music Lessons

    MEG’s music education program will provide free and affordable music instruction taught on a variety of instruments
